Access and Refund Policy

Digital access

Postal Career Guide provides online access to career-preparation resources. Access is activated immediately after successful payment and confirmation.

Completed registrations

Because access is provided immediately, completed registrations are generally final and non-refundable once access has been activated.

Requests we will review

  • Duplicate charges for the same registration
  • Successful payment where access was not delivered and could not be restored
  • A technical access issue that we are unable to resolve or replace
  • A refund required by applicable law

Non-refundable situations

  • A change of mind after access has been activated
  • An official application, assessment, interview or hiring result
  • A lack of openings in the customer’s preferred location
  • Failure to meet position requirements or deadlines
  • Failure to review the registration-page information before payment
If you don’t receive employment from the Postal Service within 90 days, you will receive a refund!

How to request review

Email [SUPPORT EMAIL] within seven days of payment and include your full name, registration number, purchase email and reason for the request.
